We send out newsletters with information about our products and our company. To subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address, name, telephone number and region are required. The newsletter e-mails contain a “web-beacon”, i.e., a pixel-sized file which is retrieved from the server of the dispatch service provider when the newsletter is opened. SHOPPING CART

UAB Autogedas offers you the opportunity to obtain information on various vehicle specific tuning options via the website and to make a non-binding enquiry to UAB Autogedas about a product via a shopping basket as well as making a purchase. In the shopping basket, your personal data is recorded in the form of a contact form for the purpose of accepting inquiries or binding purchase transactions. In the context of inquiries contact via the shopping cart, data such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number are processed. UAB Autogedas offers payment option – Paysera. For this purpose, payment data may be transmitted to payment service providers with whom we cooperate. The provided data is processed in the context of (pre-)contractual measures that are necessary for the provision of the service offered or the processing of a purchase contract, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
